A Nevervault license runs on up to two Macs. Paste your key to see the Macs it's on, and remove one to free a slot. Your key is in your receipt email; it starts with NV1.
Removing a Mac frees its slot right away. That Mac keeps working until it next checks in, then drops to the free tier unless you activate it again.
No names or emails are kept here. A device shows only its Mac model and when it was last used.
Anything else, mail [email protected] and a human will answer.
